Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to lead and manage end-to-end social media and digital content activities across platforms such as Instagram and other relevant digital channels. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing content calendars, identifying emerging trends, and optimizing content performance through data-driven insights.
You will play a key role in promoting the organizations initiatives across arts, culture, heritage, design, and hospitality, while helping build and engage relevant audiences and communities through compelling storytelling and content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage end-to-end social media activities across digital platforms, from content creation to performance tracking.
- Demonstrate expertise in handling photography, videography, and creative content production single-handedly, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling aligned with brand objectives and audience interests.
- Develop storytelling-led content calendars, campaign plans, and digital communication strategies.
- Promote events, programs, exhibitions, campaigns, and other initiatives across digital channels while fostering meaningful relationships with artists, designers, creators, influencers, and relevant communities to drive engagement.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and generate insights to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Identify emerging digital trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour patterns, and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to develop high-quality content and compelling digital stories.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Passion for arts, culture, design, heritage, and creative industries.
- Proficiency in Canva, AI tools, and content editing software is essential.
- Willingness to travel across all company assets in India as required for content development, event coverage, and campaign execution.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
