About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Sales Executive with experience in selling Google Ads (PPC) and digital marketing services to businesses. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid advertising solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate new business and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business objectives and advertising requirements.
- Sell Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, and App Campaigns) to businesses across various industries.
- Cross-sell complementary services such as SEO, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, Landing Page Development, Content Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Conduct client meetings, online presentations, and sales consultations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized advertising packages.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the Google Ads execution team to ensure smooth campaign onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
- Experience in selling Google Ads, PPC, or Digital Marketing services.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads solutions and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation, B2B sales, and client acquisition.
- Ability to understand client business goals and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Strong follow-up and deal-closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads Sales, PPC Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, IT Sales, or Performance Marketing Sales.
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.
- Candidates with a proven record of achieving sales targets are encouraged to apply.

- Comfortable handling domestic and international clients.
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
