Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Temenos Transact AA (Arrangement Architecture) Consultant with strong expertise in Islamic Banking product configuration. The consultant will be responsible for configuring Islamic lending and deposit products within Temenos Transact (T24), conducting client workshops, gathering business requirements, preparing functional documentation, and supporting end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, testing, and user acceptance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AA product setup, parameter configuration, and translating business requirements into scalable Temenos solutions
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Islamic Banking products in Temenos Transact Arrangement Architecture (AA) across multiple companies.

Design, configure, and validate Islamic Lending and Deposit products based on business requirements. Perform hands-on AA parameter setup, product configuration, and maintenance within Temenos Transact.

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional guidance on Islamic Banking products and Core Banking capabilities.

Translate business requirements into Temenos functional solutions and update the Customer Configuration Environment (CCE).

Perform sanity checks on Islamic Banking Solution (ISB) configurations and ensure compliance with business requirements.

Prepare functional documentation, including Customer Solution Design (CSD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Guides for L3 gaps.

Support Unit Testing, QA, SIT, and UAT activities, ensuring successful implementation and issue resolution.

Resolve functional queries related to AA product configuration and provide post-implementation support.

Collaborate with business, technical, and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills:

8–12 years of experience in Temenos Transact (T24) with strong expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA).

Hands-on experience configuring Islamic Banking products, including Lending and Deposit products.

Strong knowledge of AA parameter setup, product configuration, and maintenance.

Good understanding of Temenos Core Banking functionality and Islamic Banking principles.

Experience conducting client workshops, requirement gathering, and business process mapping.

Expertise in preparing CSD, FSD, and functional documentation.

Experience supporting Unit Testing, QA, SIT, and UAT.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and client-facing consulting experience.
Good to Have:

Experience in multi-company Temenos Transact implementations.

Exposure to Islamic Banking transformation or migration projects.

Knowledge of Customer Configuration Environment (CCE).

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing capabilities.
