Description: Staff Nurse - OT
1. Should prepare the sterile trolley and assist the surgeon in any of the specialties
2. Should maintain the standard of sterility & follow preventive processes.
3. Training of the Jr. Staff
4. Should follow pre-op; post-op protocol and ensure patient’s safety and comfort.
5. Should maintain required equipment; lenses & inventory.
6. Team Management
7. Should be able to manage crisis.
8. Any other responsibilities to be added if any by the Superior
