Key Responsibilities –
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the company's LinkedIn presence and ensure consistent brand visibility.
- Prepare monthly content calendars and coordinate content publishing schedules.
- Review, approve, and publish marketing content across digital platforms.
- Monitor digital marketing performance, including reach, engagement, followers, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Ensure all marketing activities are measurable and supported by performance data.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
2. Website Management & AI Discoverability
- Lead website content enhancement initiatives to improve SEO and AI search visibility.
- Coordinate with content creators and web developers for website updates and optimization.
- Ensure product and service pages are regularly reviewed and updated with relevant content.
- Manage Google Search Console, website analytics, and performance monitoring.
- Develop FAQ and knowledge-based content to improve search rankings and customer accessibility.
- Conduct periodic reviews of company visibility on AI-driven search platforms and recommend improvements.
3. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key marketing and sales performance indicators.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Present insights, trends, and improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
- Maintain dashboards and reports for management decision-making.
4. Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination
- Lead and supervise the Digital Marketing team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Issue clear written briefs, objectives, and timelines for all marketing projects.
- Review and approve all creative, digital, and communication materials before release.
- Conduct regular performance discussions and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, content creators, and technology partners as required.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines.
5. Management Reporting & Process Improvement
- Submit weekly status reports covering sales coordination, digital marketing activities, and key achievements.
- Present monthly KPI performance against targets and action plans.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support management in strategic initiatives related to sales growth, digital transformation, and brand development.
- Ensure timely communication of critical business updates, risks, and opportunities to management.
