Job Summary
PlantGenius Labs LLP is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Medical Representative for its Diabetic Division. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies while achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote diabetic products to doctors, Endocrinologist, diabetologists, beriarticsurgon, onco physicion and chemists.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness in assigned territory.
- Meet healthcare professionals regularly and explain product benefits scientifically.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and distributors.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
- Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
- Submit daily call reports and sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in Diabetic Division.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any graduate field preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of cardio diabetic products and therapy segments.
- Ability to achieve sales growth and market penetration.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical marketing strategies.
