Job Purpose :
The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior management. The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong discretion, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Role & responsibilities
Below are responsibilities of EA but not limited to below :
- Calendar & Schedule Management Arrange meetings, appointments, and events Avoid scheduling conflicts Remind executives of deadlines and important events
- Communication Management Screen calls, emails, and messages Draft emails, letters, or reports Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Meeting Preparation Prepare agendas, presentations, and documents Take notes or minutes during meetings Follow up on action items
- Document & Data Management Organize files, reports, and confidential documents Maintain records and databases Prepare reports for executive review
- Project Support Assist in planning and tracking projects Coordinate with teams to meet deadlines Conduct research or gather data when needed
- Office & Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with other staff and departments Help manage office operations if needed Ensure smooth communication across teams
- Confidentiality & Discretion Handle sensitive information with care Maintain privacy of executive and company matters
Preferred candidate profile
- Should be at least Graduate
- Candidate should have atleast 2 Years of experinece into similar domain
- Should have Excellent communication skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
