Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Sales Executive who can generate course enrollments and community memberships through digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling educational programs, online courses, training programs, coaching services, or EdTech products.
This role is revenue-focused. We are looking for someone who understands the complete digital sales process—from lead qualification and follow-up to closing enrollments and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into paid course enrollments.
- Conduct sales calls, Zoom consultations, and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Build relationships with entrepreneurs, students, exporters, manufacturers, and business owners.
- Explain TrustXpo's training programs and community offerings effectively.
- Maintain lead records and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads.
- Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities to upsell advanced programs and community memberships.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in educational sales, EdTech sales, training program sales, or course enrollment sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling leads through phone, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales processes.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling online courses, coaching programs, business training, skill-development programs, or professional certifications.
- Experience working in startups or high-growth environments.
- Understanding of Export-Import, Entrepreneurship, Business Education, or Professional Training industries is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,139.95 - ₹36,584.83 per month
