Telesales Executive:

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of sales experience to promote our healthcare services, generate appointments, and convert leads into patient visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a target-driven approach, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote hospital services and health check-up packages.
- Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Follow up with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or sales is mandatory.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
