About the Role
Kim Ray Private Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, payroll support, employee lifecycle management, and office administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, confirmations, and other employee-related documentation.
Time & Payroll
- Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
- Process employee leave requests and maintain attendance reports.
- Compile attendance and payroll inputs for monthly payroll processing.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Employee Support
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR-related activities.
- Assist in implementing company policies and maintaining positive employee relations.
Administration
- Oversee office administration and facility maintenance.
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Compliance
- Maintain employee files, employment contracts, and statutory records.
- Ensure HR documentation complies with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Keep HR records organized and audit-ready.
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Experience in recruitment, attendance management, payroll coordination, and office administration is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Hands-on experience with HR software or HRIS platforms.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
