HR Manager
Job Purpose
To lead and manage the Human Resources function across our Educational City by ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, and adherence to university and regulatory requirements for academic institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure compliance with university regulations, statutory requirements, and applicable norms of regulatory bodies (e.g., UGC, DCI, NMC, KUHS, AICTE, etc., as applicable).
- Coordinate faculty recruitment, appointment, promotions, service records, and compliance with qualification and staffing norms.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, performance appraisal, training, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain HRMIS, employee records, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave administration.
- Liaise with university, accreditation, and regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
- Advise management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/MSW with specialization in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a university, medical/dental college, or higher education institution.
- Thorough knowledge of university regulations, faculty recruitment norms, accreditation requirements, labour laws, and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
