Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and business correspondence.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and sensitive information.
- Prioritize incoming requests and correspondence and respond appropriately.
- Support business operations by coordinating across departments.
- Track project timelines and ensure execution of key business priorities.
- Handle administrative tasks and provide general executive support as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Outstanding follow-up and coordination skills (highest priority)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills
- Shorthand knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or CXO-level executives.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Secretarial qualification or Executive Assistant certification is preferred.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar administrative support role.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
