Key Responsibilities
● Generate high-quality sales leads, especially in Banking & NBFC sectors for fintech products Support inside sales activities including outreach, follow ups, and pipeline management ● Assist Strategic Head / Executive Director in daily coordination and administrative tasks ● Manage communication between leadership and internal/external stakeholders ● Coordinate across departments to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables ● Prepare and submit reports, MIS, and updates to management on a regular basis ● Track business opportunities and maintain CRM/data records ● Support in organizing meetings, presentations, and strategic initiatives
Key Requirements ● Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Executive Assistant / Coordination roles ● Experience in fintech product sales targeting Banking & NBFC clients ● Strong lead generation and prospecting skills ● Prior experience as Executive Assistant to CEO/Director is preferred ● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,158.20 per month
