TenX Spaces is a premium vacation rental management company specializing in luxury villas, serviced apartments, and holiday homes across Goa. We manage multiple properties across leading OTA platforms and are looking for a results-driven Senior OTA Analyst to maximize occupancy, revenue, and channel performance.
Job Summary
The Senior OTA Analyst will be responsible for managing online travel agency channels, optimizing pricing strategies, improving occupancy, and maximizing revenue across our portfolio of vacation rental properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage OTA platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and other channels.
- Update daily pricing, inventory, and availability.
- Monitor occupancy and booking pace.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand and seasonality.
- Create and manage promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Optimize listing titles, descriptions, amenities, and content.
- Monitor channel performance and booking trends.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue performance.
- Coordinate with operations, reservations, and housekeeping teams.
- Ensure calendar synchronization and prevent overbookings.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and OTA platforms.
- Experience with channel managers and PMS systems.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of revenue management and pricing strategies.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in OTA management, revenue management, or hospitality distribution.
- Experience in vacation rentals, hotels, serviced apartments, or hospitality.
- Knowledge of PriceLabs, dynamic pricing tools, or revenue management software is an advantage.
