Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and stock records
- Monitor material receipt, storage, and dispatch
- Conduct stock verification and reconciliation
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams
- Ensure proper documentation and store discipline
Requirements:
- Experience in inventory/store management
- Good knowledge of stock control systems
- Strong organizational skills
2. Machine Painter
Experience: 2+ Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation of machinery and equipment before painting.
- Apply primer, paint, and protective coatings on industrial machines and fabricated components.
- Operate spray painting equipment and painting tools.
- Ensure proper paint finish, color consistency, and quality standards.
- Perform touch-up and maintenance painting as required.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements:
- Experience in industrial/machine painting preferred.
- Knowledge of spray painting techniques and paint materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of handling factory work.
- Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
3. Construction Head
Experience: 8+ Years Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion
- Monitor project schedules, quality, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Manage project execution and team performance
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience in residential/commercial construction projects
