Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant with a strong background in the Construction/Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should be CA Inter (preferred) with hands-on experience in Construction Accounting, RERA compliance, GST, TDS, and Tally ERP.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Handle Construction & Project Accounting.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP.
Requirements
- Qualification: CA Inter (Preferred) / B.Com or equivalent.
- Experience: 4–5 years in the Construction/Real Estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Construction Accounting, RERA, GST, and TDS.
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
