- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Track deliveries and ensure timely dispatch
- Manage transportation vendors and courier partners
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and delivery records
- Monitor inventory movement and warehouse operations
- Resolve shipment delays, damages, or logistics issues
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Maintain logistics reports and MIS data
- Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations
- Optimize logistics costs and improve delivery performance
