Position Overview:-
Own paid acquisition, the trial-to-paid lifecycle, and the analytics that connect them. Manage a ₹4–12 lakh/month paid budget across Google, LinkedIn, and retargeting. Defend every line of spend with a CAC number you compute weekly.
Job Location and Address:-
This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location:
Plot No E 275, Industrial Area, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160071
Responsibilities:-

Run Google search and LinkedIn ad campaigns. Write the copy yourself. Prune negatives weekly.

Own the trial-to-paid email sequence. Test variants every two weeks.

Build the CAC-by-channel dashboard. Report weekly to the founder.

Ship one new channel experiment and one lifecycle test per month. Kill what does not work in 30 days.
Requirements:-

3–6 years performance marketing for B2B SaaS

18+ months managing ₹3 lakh+/month paid budgets with weekly CAC reporting

Shipped a multi-step lifecycle email program that converted trial users to paid

Built attribution dashboards from scratch — not just used somebody else's
