- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
- Strengthen students' reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills.
- Create a safe, positive, and interactive classroom environment.
- Use activity-based and child-centric teaching methods.
- Assess students through classwork, homework, assignments, and tests.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Identify students needing additional support and provide remedial guidance.

- Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior.
- Prepare worksheets, teaching aids, and learning materials.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with D.El.Ed./B.El.Ed./B.Ed. (as per school requirements)
