Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with bookings, payments, and service-related questions.
- Make follow-up calls when required.
- Resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in customer support, BPO, or international voice process.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and customer-focused attitude.
Preferred
- Experience handling US customers.
- Familiarity with CRM or support tools.
