Sales Coordinator
Location: Rabale MIDC, Navi Mumbai
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month + Incentives
About the Role
Bravo Cable Trays is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support its sales operations and client relationship management activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, recommending suitable products, preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a proactive approach toward customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend client calls, inquiries, and meetings to understand customer requirements and project specifications.
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare and share accurate quotations within defined timelines.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal sales, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations, orders, and follow-up activities.
- Address customer queries and provide timely updates regarding products, pricing, and deliveries.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of sales activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, electrical products, engineering products, construction materials, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
