Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Structural Designer located in Lucknow. The Senior Structural Designer will oversee the creation and review of detailed engineering drawings, develop structural and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, developing structural solutions, and utilising computer-aided design (CAD) tools to achieve project goals. Additionally, the Senior Structural Designer will provide technical guidance and ensure the timely execution of design tasks.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical design outputs.
· Coordinate with internal teams for updates, approvals, and design revisions.
· Ensure designs are aligned with execution feasibility and site requirements.
· Identify conflicts/clashes and propose workable solutions.
· Maintain technical documentation, revision logs, and drawing control.
· Support the team with technical inputs, quantity estimations, and design coordination.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in engineering design / coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and design standards
- Strong coordination and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple revisions and deadlines
- Experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Residential projects will be preferred.
- Licensed Structural Engineer with relevant registration/approval authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech & M-Tech Structural engineering or related field
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
