Role Overview:
We are looking for a polished, confident, and articulate Sales Associate to represent Ancora at our boutique. The role focuses on delivering a refined luxury client experience, driving sales, managing fittings and orders, and maintaining impeccable store standards.
Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing, or related field.
· 3+ years in fashion retail (luxury preferred).
Soft Skills:
· Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
· Polished, warm, and confident client-facing presence.
· Strong sales ability; luxury retail experience preferred.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
· Able to work independently and perform during peak seasons.
· Trustworthy and discreet with client information.
Job Description:
Client Experience & Sales
· Welcome clients warmly and provide a personalized, luxury shopping experience.
· Present the Ancora brand story, craftsmanship, and collection details.
· Understand fabrics, fits, embroidery techniques, silhouettes, and key product USPs.
· Assist with outfit selection, styling, measurements, trials, and fittings.
· Upsell and cross-sell thoughtfully and maintain client relationships via WhatsApp.
Order, Trials & Coordination
· Create and manage order forms for made-to-order garments.
· Coordinate with the atelier on measurements, alterations, timelines, and updates.
· Schedule trials, manage fittings, and ensure garments are inspected before delivery.
Store, Inventory & Operations
· Maintain pristine store presentation, garment organization, and inventory logs.
· Prepare garments, manage packaging stock, and ensure the boutique is always client-ready.
· Handle billing, payments, sales records, and delivery coordination.
Brand Representation
· Represent Ancora’s aesthetic and professionalism at all times.
· Assist with styling content and basic social media support when required.
· Ensure client privacy and consent for any photography.
