BricksToHome is a real estate channel partner working with leading developers across Bangalore to help clients find properties that align with their needs. As we expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and client-focused Real Estate Consultant to join our team.
About the role
BricksToHome is a fast-growing real estate platform specialising in premium and luxury projects across Bengaluru. As a Relationship Manager, you'll be the face of the company — guiding clients from their first inquiry all the way to a successful closure. You'll work with pre-generated leads (no cold calling), receive structured training, and earn uncapped incentives.
What you'll do
→Manage inbound client inquiries and build lasting relationships through consultative selling
→Conduct property site visits and walkthroughs across Bengaluru, including on weekends
→Understand client needs and match them to the right projects and developers
→Coordinate with builders and internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures
→Maintain accurate lead records and follow up proactively to move deals forward
→Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What we're looking for
✓Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✓0–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, or a client-facing role
✓Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in the field
✓Willingness to do weekend site visits (non-negotiable part of the role)
✓Own two-wheeler or vehicle preferred for travel across Bengaluru
✓Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is an advantage
