E-commerce Executive (Marketplace & Operations)
Location: Jaipur
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations, inventory systems, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage ERP & OMS platforms efficiently
-Inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Create and maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) through system software
-Handle product listings across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.)
-Monitor sales performance and marketplace health metrics
- Update product information, pricing, and stock availability
-Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports in Excel
-Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock management
- Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights
- Ensure order processing, inventory accuracy, and smooth marketplace operations
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations
- Hands-on experience with ERP and OMS systems
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control
-Experience handling multiple marketplace seller panels
-Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports, MIS)
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
