Job Responsibilities - Counsel prospective students about our courses and career opportunities. - Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other marketing activities. - Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents. - Achieve monthly admission and sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups. - Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer knowledge. - Strong negotiation and convincing skills. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in sales, marketing, or education counseling will have an added advantage.
