Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Malayalam Voice Process Executive to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions in Malayalam. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and experience handling customer queries professionally while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Record customer interactions accurately in CRM or internal systems.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in a Malayalam voice process or customer support role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in BPO, customer service, telecalling, or contact center operations.
- Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
