Role Overview:
Snoozz is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to support sales efforts, generate leads and assist in closing brand partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in agency sales, client servicing and account growth while working closely with the sales leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and research potential brands and clients.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach and other channels.
- Initiate conversations with decision-makers (brand managers, marketing teams).
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
2. Sales Support & Closures:
- Assist in pitching services. (content, influencer marketing etc.)
- Support in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with the senior team for deal closures.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
3. Client Coordination:
- Act as a secondary point of contact for clients.
- Support onboarding of new clients.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
4. Pipeline & Reporting:
- Track daily outreach, leads and conversions.
- Maintain proper sales reports and updates.
- Support in achieving monthly sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
