Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Life Insurance Sales / Agency Channel
CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Performance-Based Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors.
Drive sales through the Agency Channel and achieve monthly business targets.
Motivate and support advisors to improve productivity and performance.
Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for advisors.
Build strong relationships with customers and advisors.
Ensure policy issuance, renewals, and persistency.
Monitor team performance and implement strategies to increase sales.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Life Insurance Agency Channel.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Graduation is preferred.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
