Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality sales leads, especially in Banking & NBFC sectors for fintech products Support inside sales activities including outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management
- Assist Strategic Head / Executive Director in daily coordination and administrative tasks
- Manage communication between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate across departments to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables
- Prepare and submit reports, MIS, and updates to management on a regular basis
- Track business opportunities and maintain CRM/data records
- Support in organizing meetings, presentations, and strategic initiatives
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Executive Assistant / Coordination roles
- Experience in fintech product sales targeting Banking & NBFC clients
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
- Prior experience as Executive Assistant to CEO/Director is preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
