Core Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Warmly welcome guests, clients, and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere from arrival to departure
- Communication:
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, take precise messages, and respond to email and in-person inquiries
- Administrative Support:
- Manage appointment schedules, maintain visitor logs, sort mail, and perform basic data entry and clerical duties
Facility Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and lobby are tidy, organized, and adequately stocked with necessary office supplies
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
