Job Description – Chinese Cook
We are looking for a skilled Chinese Cook to prepare authentic Chinese cuisine while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene. The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, kitchen operations, and ensuring timely service to guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per standard recipes
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Manage kitchen inventory and report stock requirements
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- Experience in Chinese cuisine and wok cooking techniques
- Knowledge of sauces, seasonings, and Chinese food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good teamwork and time management skills
- Prior experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
