Consultant Clinical Psychologist (Part-Time)
STEMZ Healthcare is looking for a passionate and RCI-licensed Consultant Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Kochi, Kerala.
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Employment Type: Permanent | Part-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Conduct confidential counseling sessions to support employees' mental health and well-being.
Perform psychological assessments and recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions.
Partner with HR and management to design and implement workplace mental health and wellness initiatives.
Provide professional consultation on employee mental health matters.
Support the development of policies that promote a psychologically healthy workplace.
Maintain accurate, ethical, and confidential clinical documentation.
Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices and advancements in clinical psychology.
Eligibility Criteria
Master's/M.Phil./PsyD in Clinical Psychology (as applicable)
Valid RCI Registration (Mandatory)
Strong counseling, assessment, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in hospitals, corporate wellness, employee assistance
programs (EAP), or mental health settings will be an added advantage.
