Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day content posting across social media platforms.
- Lead end-to-end photo and video production.
- Edit content with attention to pacing, color, sound, captions, and format.
- Capture planned and spontaneous content.
- Handle shoot logistics, scheduling, and coordination.
- Drive community engagement.
- Respond to comments and direct messages.
- Identify and engage relevant accounts to grow brand presence.
- Monitor and share customer-generated content.
- Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency.
- Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
- Hands-on content production and shooting skills.
- Strong storytelling, composition, and aesthetic sense.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as InShot, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Excellent communication and online community engagement skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Interest in textiles, craftsmanship, and the premium fashion market.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with scheduling and social media management tools.
