Job Definition
We are looking for a Self-Driven , Energetic and trustworthy Sales Manager to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new Sales prospects/ Leads and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s Sales Targets to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities -
Business Development
- Generate industrial leads through field visits and networking.
- Develop OEM and manufacturing accounts.
- Penetrate automobile, engineering, FMCG, warehousing sectors.
Technical Sales
- Understand customer packaging line requirement.
- Recommend:
- Box taping systems
- Strapping systems
- Conveyors
- AGVs
- Cobot palletizing
- Stretch wrapping systems
Customer Management
- Maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle negotiations and commercial discussions.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with service and projects team.
- Ensure smooth execution post-order.
Skill Required
· Communication skills; ability to develop a good rapport with customers
· Selling Skill
·· Strategy making and follow skill
Growth Opportunities
The role can become more specialized, focusing on areas such as Sales Manager , Business Head, Territory Manager.

Qualification Required

· Must have two – wheeler/ 04 wheeler license and two wheeler with own vehicle
