Roles:
- Executing plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems
- Should having basic knowledge of electrical design & drawing.
- Installing electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems
- To ensure the proper utilization of hand tools, & tools equipment’s
- Set and adjust machine tools and equipment.
- Disassemble and/or assemble large rotational mechanical components and equipment to meet required specifications.
- Position and install equipment and record measurements using precision measurements equipment.
- Carry out the sift duties and ensure the completion of given activity as per the plan & within frame work
- Provide customers with high quality, value added service
- Treat customers with respect and courtesy and make every effort to facilitate any reasonable request for assistance.
- To ensure the utilization of advance technical skills to install, maintain and repair Hot Press, Dryer, Automatic cutting machine, Film Wrapping machine, stripping machine.
- To ensure the utilization of advance technical skills to install, maintain and repair Chemical Reactors, Hot water pumps, conveyors, rotating equipment, Blower, Dust Collectors, Vacuum Pumps but are not limited to mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulics, Cutter etc.
- Assure all safety devices are properly in place and utilized, Lockout/Tag out procedures are adhered to, PPE is worn correctly at all times, and reporting of any near-misses, injuries, or accidents occurs immediately.
Responsibility’s:
- To be responsible for imparting of kaizen & 5S as per the suggested team in different types of Kaizen & 5S activity
- Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
- Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
- Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.
- Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units
- Maintain the log books & records on daily & shift basis
- Ensure compliance of Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures
- To ensure the compliance of PPE’s, safety equipment’s, LOTO/LOTO permit, work permit, SOP’s.
- Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures including use of proper protective clothing.
- To ensure the fencing of all rotating part as per given guidelines
- To be responsible for imparting training awareness program related to occupational risks, IMS, Quality objective.
Required:
- Education / Qualification: Should have ITI certificate from Electrical trade.
- Experience: Should have 03 to 07 + year Experience in Electrical Maintenance Department.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
