We are a growing AI Automation Agency focused on helping businesses streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, improve lead generation, and increase efficiency through AI and workflow automation.
We currently have active sales efforts and client meetings underway and are looking for a technical automation specialist to work with us on a project-revenue basis as we grow.
Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Automation Builder who can design, build, and deploy automation systems for clients using modern no-code and AI tools.
This is initially a project-based opportunity with revenue-sharing potential. As the agency grows and revenue becomes consistent, the role may transition into a long-term paid position.
Responsibilities
- Build automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Integrate APIs and third-party platforms.
- Create lead generation and outreach automations.
- Develop AI-powered workflows using OpenAI and related technologies.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations.
- Collaborate with the agency team to deliver client projects.
- Document workflows and implementation processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with n8n, Make.com, or Zapier.
- Understanding of APIs and webhooks.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, AI agents, and automation tools.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Strong communication and reliability.
- Experience building sales, lead generation, CRM, or customer support automations.
Compensation
- Project-based payment.
- Revenue share per completed client project.
- Potential long-term paid role as the agency scales.
