At Zostel, a Property Manager isn’t just running a building — they’re running an experience. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Zostel, leading the on-ground team, taking ownership of guest experience, and ensuring the property runs smoothly as a business.
This role is for someone who’s hands-on, people-first, and operationally sharp. You’ll be based at the property, living the Zostel life, solving real problems, and making sure both guests and the business thrive.

Own the property’s daily operations — front desk, housekeeping, café/F&B (if applicable), maintenance, and in-house atmosphere.-
Lead and manage the on-ground team, ensuring everyone knows their role and delivers consistently.

Take complete ownership of guest issues — you handle problems, resolve complaints, and create solutions yourself.

Ensure the hostel is clean, safe, functional, and guest-ready at all times.

Track occupancy, revenue, expenses, and guest feedback, working towards better ratings and performance.

Ensure cash handling, systems (PMS/PM tools), and reporting are accurate and up to date.

Maintain Zostel’s brand vibe in social spaces while ensuring operational discipline.

Coordinate closely with the Franchise Partner and Central Operations Team.

Ensure compliance with all Zostel SOPs, hygiene, safety, and policy standards.

Using computers, software, and online tools confidently

Housekeeping operations and inventory management

Handling guest escalations and complaints

Guest reviews, audits, and basic maintenance coordination

You must have 2+ years of experience in hospitality, hostels, hotels, or service roles.

You’re a people leader who enjoys managing teams and guests alike.

You’re comfortable working 10+ hours on property, especially during peak days.

You like solving problems, making quick decisions, and taking ownership.

Pay Package: ₹23,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on property and experience.-
You’ll be employed by the Zostel Franchise Partner, not the Central Team.

This is a live-in, on-property role, often in remote or travel destinations.
