Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers and visitors professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments.
- Maintain customer records and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth operations.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and basic reporting.
- Ensure reception and office areas remain organized and presentable.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in reception, front office, or administration is preferred.
