CocoLeni is looking for an experienced **Quality Incharge – Production** to strengthen our manufacturing team and ensure robust in-line quality control across every stage of production.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Establish and monitor **in-line quality checks** for every production process.
* Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
* Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
* Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
* Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and SOP compliance.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.
### **Who We're Looking For**
✔ Minimum **5 years of experience** in Quality within the **Eyewear (Not mandatory) or Manufacturing Industry**
✔ Strong knowledge of in-line quality inspection and production processes
✔ Experience with quality tools, root cause analysis, and process improvements
✔ Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
