Working Days:** 6 Days (Sunday Off)

### Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
* Generate quality leads while maintaining target CPL & ROAS.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better conversions.
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
* Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations.
* Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and Meta Business Suite.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
* Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams.
* Manage campaign budgets effectively.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
### Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* **1–3 years** of Performance Marketing experience.
* Hands-on experience with **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads Manager**.
* Knowledge of **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking**.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Experience in lead generation campaigns (EdTech experience preferred).
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
