Job Summary:
We are hiring an Engineer/Executive – Project Purchase to manage procurement, vendor coordination, and supply chain activities for refrigeration and cold storage projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQ and analyze purchase requirements
Generate enquiries & techno-commercial comparisons
Create and release purchase orders
Follow up for timely delivery of materials
Coordinate with vendors, transporters & internal teams
Maintain vendor records and handle billing/documentation
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement
Knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration systems (preferred)
Understanding of P&ID, drawings & materials
Good MS Office and communication skills
