About the Role
King Estate is looking for a motivated Real Estate Consultant to help clients buy residential and investment properties across the Kolkata metropolitan area. You will guide buyers through the entire property purchase journey, from identifying suitable properties to closing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property research and market analysis.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and buying opportunities.
- Negotiate with developers and property owners.
- Manage documentation and ensure smooth transaction completion.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting.
- Good knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet client expectations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
