Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strong customer relationships. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support business growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
