About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter with hands-on experience of 2 to 3 years in marketing bench consultants, building vendor relationships, and placing candidates across various technologies in the US IT Staffing market. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a good understanding of the end-to-end bench sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, and TN candidates.
- Identify suitable job opportunities for consultants through vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
- Submit consultants to open requirements matching their skill sets and experience.
- Negotiate rates and close deals with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with vendors/clients until placement closure.
- Maintain daily activity reports, submissions, interview schedules, and placements.
- Ensure consultants are actively marketed and maintain consistent pipeline activity.
- Update consultant resumes according to market requirements and client needs.
- Track consultant availability, project end dates, and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to maximize placements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Good understanding of technologies and IT skill sets.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Knowledge of US Tax Terms, Visas, and Employment Types.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹456,000.00 per year
