Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities (Target oriented Profile).
- Candidates should have good organisational, communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills with Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience preferable in IT-Hardware & Networking.
- Takes ownership of tasks and drives it to completion.
- Required to approach prospective clients with the aim of propelling the vision of the company to new clients & should be Passionate about selling IT services & products.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing sales information guidance; researching & recommending new opportunities; recommending profit & service improvements.
- Identify, Build, Manage Prospects pipeline & generate revenue for assigned region. Establish contact & build rapport with potential clients, identify decision-makers & introduce Awal Networks.
- A self-starter and go-getter who can effectively work within a strong team culture.
- Provide continuous feedback to ensure process & product optimization for sales & marketing & Work closely with the internal team & management to develop & grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly target & meet revenue goals.
