Job Description
Are you passionate about building high-performing paid campaigns that generate quality leads and drive business growth? We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing ROI-focused advertising campaigns across Google Ads and other paid platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and other paid advertising campaigns.
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and ad creatives
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency and maximize ROI.
Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and other reporting tools.
Work closely with design, content, and development teams to improve campaign performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
2.5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Advertising.
Proven experience working with clients or digital marketing agencies.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-focused marketing.
Experience with landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and campaign reporting tools.
Experience in B2B and SaaS marketing is a strong advantage.
