We are seeking a Risk Advisory Specialist with over 10 years of experience to join our leadership team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, helping them navigate complex landscapes and protect their business interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Leadership: Design and oversee internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks.
Client Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and board members.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and implement best-in-class solutions for clients.
Requirements:
Experience: 10+ years in Risk Advisory, Internal Audit, or a similar role within an audit firm.
Credentials: CA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred
Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly. A candidate should have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements.
