Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive at Gee Gee located in Chennai. The Accounts Executive will assist in procurement, invoicing, assisting in preparation of financial statements, assisting in Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and other associated tasks. The Accounts Executive will support the group's head office functions as well as construction site activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Accounting fundamentals
- Ability to negotiate with vendors for material procurement
- Experience in Invoicing and Collections
- Experience in Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
- Experience in finance and financial reporting
- Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Relevant professional certifications such as CPA is advantageous
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in the real estate industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
