Key Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
- Strong experience in planning, execution, and overall site management.
- Ability to lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Sound knowledge of quality, safety, billing, and project documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of industrial construction projects.
- Ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, material, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare project reports and resolve site-related issues efficiently.
